A Four-Week Journey
This online adventure is geared to help you take control of your day to day life, to manifest your future, and even to heal old wounds. This course is completely online, but we'll be here for you every step of the way.

We'll meet once a week, on Thursdays, from 5:30pm - 7:00pm PST, during which you'll either be guided through a yoga sequence or meditation, as well as learn exciting new information and tools to help you along your path.
Beyond our designated group time slots, you'll have access to one-on-one mentorship. You'll also receive materials, worksheets, and daily journal prompts.
